Located on in a land-marked building, the office space for DeSimone Consulting Engineers occupies the entire floor of a through-block building. The existing space bears windows on all sides, an undulating vaulted ceiling, and round column bays down the middle of the floor plan. The new office layout utilizes an open furniture system, which fits within the existing structural bays of columns in the center of the space. Enclosed offices, conference rooms, and circulation spaces flank the central nave with glass walls to allow natural light into the space.
