Truffles Tribeca is a 285,000 square foot residential project located in the Tribeca neighborhood of Manhattan. The building features two towers connected by a 11-story bridge, consisting of a six-foot wide walkway enclosed by a frameless glass curtainwall, and featuring a luminous stretched fabric ceiling. The two towers are anchored on the site by six-story residential bases that weave the project into the contextual street scale of the surrounding neighborhood.

Fronting onto Watts Street between the towers and defined by an ornamental street wall is a landscaped courtyard and entry area that extends under the bridge. Seven loft-like ground floor apartment units open onto this court yard. A double-height glass lobby area defines the formal entry of the building. Retail space fronts Washington Street, the most commercially active street on the site.

Crafted in pre-cast concrete and glass curtainwall, the project includes 291 apartments, most with views of the Hudson River or Lower Manhattan. Other resident amenities include a gym, screening room, bar, game room, valet, library, outdoor garden areas, and a roof garden.
